Actually it could be that Bosco and Mansourian are somewhat distant recently given the PD article questioning SMART transparency.

The March election will stand as the next important milepost and a thumbs up or down for SMART and 5'6" too. My take is the Party Patronage Machine always runs the Bay Area.
