Fault of the right for being the party of corporate greed and the fault of the left for allowing it and signing it into law (at least with NAFTA). Fault of disinterested and overly-compliant citizenry.

The left told black women in the late '60's they didn't need a man in the house anymore, the government would take care of them. 50 years ago, black families had a LOWER rate of divorce than white families, now the divorce rate in the black community is 70% almost twice that of the next demographic. They hollowed out the black community and have moved on to the poor white community, swelling the ranks of welfare recipients as well as the worthless government employees who profit off of this mess. Many still think more money and more government will fix this.

Thanks to the Democratic Party and their white, bleeding-heart constituency.
