1A. Build an overpass connecting 101 to 580 for the human scum commuting through Marin out of San Francisco in the afternoons creating traffic mess
1B. Close Sir Francis Drake to through traffic to 580 eastbound
1C. Close San Quentin
2. Tear down a lot of it
3. Build a SMART-GGT union terminal at San Quentin
4. Extend SMART from Larkspur to San Quentin
5. Abandon plans to expand north of Healdsburg--tell Cloverdale to go to hell.
