Not at all correct. 2600 (which was on the point of the Holiday Lights Train) had its horn damaged while passing through Mission Hill Tunnel and needed repairs. The P3 was put on for short-term replacement. The Leslie horn has been repaired and will supposedly be placed back on the engine before the Summer Season.

To have two operating CF7’s with Leslie’s, original numberboards and bells on is pretty cool. A nice little operation.
