On Friday as I was passing the Richmond BNSF yards, I saw what appeared to be a set of cars for CWR. But the cars were empty which leads to these questions: Where does the BNSF get the rail for this set of cars? Off-loaded at the Richmond Levin Terminal from an inbound ship from some overseas supplier or does the BNSF get the rail at some other source within the USA?
