Neither TP Produce or Ross Island are a potential source of new business. Ross Island shut down their concrete division last year and am expecting the property to become high-end housing with the river view. Only potential would be to have past business in the Milwaukie Industrial Park that have rail spurs to begin using again.

OPR's main emphasis is on the Molalla Branch which goes through the middle of the Canby Industrial Park where American Steel is located.
