Dr Zarkoff must be a LyingDogFacedPonySoldiercrat. It was lowered because of the 26th Amendment. Initiated and passed by a democrat controlled Senate and House and approved by mostly democrat controlled states. Only signed by Nixon. Amendment because the courts had struck down the law lowering the voting age passed the year before by the democrap controlled House and Senate. It was a big issue pushed by the student movement that was anti-war and anti-Nixon.
