Stampede Pass jointed rail

I went through Easton recently and saw some ribbon rail laying on the ground... the section between Easton and Cle Ellum and east of Prosser still have jointed rail on the tangent sections... is BNSF planning on replacing all of it, or possibly only the section I saw near Easton?
