so, parts closes 3 hours into an 8 hour shift--what genius bean counter came up w/that??? OTOH, IF there is available time for third party work at "industry standard billing rates" this should be permissible. Indeed any such work should include in "overhead" ROI to the "investors" who funded the facility and parts inventory--ATK and CA.
