Short answer: No. The Red line is a third rail subway system while the Blue and Gold (Yellow? When did that change?) Lines are powered with catenary. Thus, although all three are standard gauge the cars could not interchange. Further the Red Line is one to two levels below the other lines which would make an interchange track difficult. All three lines do have their own connections to the freight railways, used rarely, but it is possible to tow a car between the Blue and Gold Lines that way.
