Making the best of the short days

Up in here in the Pacific Northwest, not only are the days shorter this time of year as compared to where I hailed from in California, but what little daylight there is, comes filtered through cloudy skys. So, making the best of it, I get to hone my night photography skills.

Here's the second stab at the Coast Starlight cruising past "my" bridge in Steilacoom, WA.
