Multiple searches on the STB website turn up absolutely nothing. However it seems plausible given the number of other operations Rainier operates in the vicinity.

However, I did find out that Mount Hood now has excursions scheduled for March and April (not in May) for trains to Odell (not Parkdale). However, you can only find the schedule by clicking on the Rides menu, then All Train Rides, then Learn More. If you click on "View All Departures" it shows absolutely no availablity whatsoever.
