One GP28 has already become a parts donor. Full Carl Moyer funding requires disabling an old locomotive.

California Northern got two similar KLW Tier IV/V locos. Maybe related, they stripped two GP15's to the frame.

Both part of GNWR who itself got a new owner.

ACE is getting new locos for expanded commuter service so no dead animals projected there. They will likely take the lower funding level.
