The latest issue of the "Streamliner" from the Union Pacific historical Society features the last Steam Rotaries, UP 900075 & UP 900076, with some great pic's and stories of their operations. The 900075 was retired in 4/1977. The 900076 was last used in March 1977, and last fired and tested in October, 1984 according to the article before being retired in June of 1985.
