Most of the line had a 10 or 15 mph speed restriction .i recall once in Othello at the grade crossing watching a train switching the yard and a crewman warning me to stand at least 10 ft from the tracks as he was afraid the cars would tip over on their wonderfully maintained track Tideflats engine facility was a sea of mud and oil glad to have been able to enjoy the last years of the Milw
