Re: FRA proposes on-time performance metrics for Amtrak

I've observed that BNSF tries to give Amtrak the best running time possible over their trackage, unlike some other RR's ( One from Omaha, another from Jacksonville ). Perhaps the Powers That Be at Fort Worth have inherited the old Santa Fe mentality that The Public judges a railroad by how well they run their passenger trains.
