Yes, last time I drove by, about a week ago, there were well cars on the south end,(the Veazie pit) but no cars north of the last mile. In late December, early January, they did an "every third" tie project so they could start storing cars because BNSF was starting to see the economy slowing down dramatically. At the same time, over in Eastern Washington south of Yakima well cars were starting to show up in storage where they had never been stored before.(At least to my knowledge.)
I don't know about this exact moment, but car storage was becoming a premium with the economy stalling even before Covid-19. Now, with Covid-19, I suspect the struggle for storage will skyrocket.
