That would suck you get to your destination and they wrecked your car. I wonder if Amtrak will have to pay for a rental car for the people's cars they wrecked until the insurance buys them another one. I can see it now that the Amtrak insurance will tell the person with the new Mercedes that it is worth a fraction of what they thought it should be.
