Nicely captured Sam. Neil Vodden told me that during WW11, SP even used the lighter F-1 2-10-2's on the Permanente Spur to handle to large amount of traffic. I remember 2-8-0's and especially MK-6 3251, which I rode from Simla to the plant and back in '55 or '56. Her whistle survives today.
