Wrong. Harley Davidson for sure. Look at the fenders , not Indian wrap arounds.Harleys had the front fender light 1936-1948. Indian gas tanks had the huge chief with the head dress emblem .The 1940 model Harley has the metal teardrop gas tank emblem like the one in the photo. It's a big twin, either flathead or knucklehead.
