What is a safe and reasonable speed: it depends. On large portions of IH10 in Texas, the legal limit is 80. What is unreasonable is the doofus in the left lane doing 50 ! you're on them in no time.

The limit on Toll 140 used to be 85, now just 80. I loved it. and I'm no spring chicken-almost 80 to match the limit.
