I can't imagine any short line wanting the liability of that large trestle particularly in light of the recent FRA Bridge Inspection Regulations which require every bridge to be inspected annually by a Professional Engineer (PE).

Based on what the OPR spends annually for the inspections on our bridges I Imagine Yolo Shortline's bill for this trestle is between fifty and one-hundred grand.
