Was SP 1215 ever in Sparks, NV after retirement, or is this photo caption wrong?

Maybe this photo was shot at Portola. David Dewey will know.

I know 1215 was a park engine in Hanford, CA for a long time:

"The 1215 was donated to Kings County (Hanford) and
delivered on September 30, 1958. It was placed in Burris
Park." (FRRS)
