You don't believe Farhad do you?

He seems to think that if SMART is losing money on providing
freight services the STB will allow the agency to abandon the line.
That is, if they accept (soon) SMART's petition to become a "common carrier."

If the Board had engaged a freight expert, they would have been told
that is an "assumption" and that the STB has frequently rejected
proposals by other applicants.
