Here are details on the sale of SL&RG’s /Iowa Pathetic’s membership interest in Mass Coastal. If you bid more than $953,559 you will need to add another $94,000 for over bid and breakup fees. This maybe enough cash to pay the shister trustee and he band of merry scalpers. Perhaps Ellis can sing a sad song about this.

------Stalking Horse Bidder is Coastal Rail, LLC which is an affiliate of Mr. Podgurski, who is a current manager of Mass Coastal, which is 100% owned by SLRG.

-------Purchase Price is $952,559.00-consists of $625,000 of cash (the “Cash Purchase Price”) plus a relinquishment of any claims held by Mass Coastal to the $327,559.00 in net cash currently held by the Trustee on Mass Coastal’s behalf as a result of the assignment of the Section 45G Tax Credits;
