You probably heard this 3rd generation Chicago camera shop (founded 1899) was looted and burned.

Here's a news story about the shop filmed one year ago. The owner says his grandfather was the first business owner in the area in 1903/04 to hire a non-White, and a year later a Japanese man.

When this news story was done they still processed any kind of film (slide, movie, etc), so the old school railfan crowd had to be customers.
