We here in Eugene have had more than our share of different types of folks, this being the old hippie capital of the world, but this guy should be elected president of the group. I missed this show, and maybe that is a good thing. He is lucky the doggie did not grab him by the pole and bells. Definitely needs some help and attention, from the staff in the jail.
