Plz let Callum Spout know trucks can crosstown dray containers

On the BNSF LA to Phoenix new intermodal on the A&C topic. He insists it will fail because BNSF's ramp isn't close to the warehouses. Virtually (see what I did there?) all of them are within 30 miles. Many near the ramp.
