Yep -- It's a Espee Home - Built 3/4 Dome. Ahead of it is a Sunset Budd Diner, and behind it is another Sunset Budd car.
Also of note is the Milwaukee Road Catenary Wire, supported by both wooden poles and metal lattice work. The line from Black River Jct. ( around the corner in the going - away shot ) to Seattle Union Station was the last to be wired in 1927, some 7 years after the Black River Jct. to Tacoma line was wired. The Coast Division would also be the first to have the plug pulled, by the end of 1972.
