No - Roaring Camp does not have any rights to the railline south of Santa Cruz. PGR attorneys confirmed during their investigation. Roaring CAmp is an amusement park ride by a private operator.

Actually, if Roaring Camp did want to take over responsibility of the railline, they would have to take over the estimated $6M per year to maintain the entire 32 mile branchline.
