I’d love to see rail service return to the Santa Cruz Line, but how long will it stay open? How many years has it been since the (farm owner caused) culvert washout closed the line? No business can survive being shut down for years at a time. All it will take is another good storm to close the line again and we’ll be back where we started, waiting while an overwhelming list of regulations and legal actions is dealt with.
