Monad Ry Equip Co -- Surviving?

Monad has some passenger cars listed as for sale or lease. One interesting one is SP biz car “Pine Bluff”.

How can a passenger car business survive these days? I can't imagine any profit in pass car leasing or repair, because where do you run them?
