I can tell you FOR CERTAIN where they're NOT going is to ORHF or anywhere on the Oregon Pacific Railroad!

To have one of these monstrosities involved in even a MINOR derailment (as we've witnessed at Union Station) takes a lot of equipment and a lot of money to get it back on the rails...similar to a welded rail train.

Won't happen in my lifetime...nope...never...nada!
