BNSF on Nisqually Sub

I was driving up Interstate 5 earlier today (Dec. 26) past Fort Lewis and spotted a BNSF Geep and caboose on the Sound Transit Nisqually Sub. I know that Tacoma Rail had been providing the contract freight service on this line and was surprised to see the BNSF power. Is BNSF now providing this service?
