The Milwaukee also had a little-known horseshoe curve in Iowa near Waukon, on the Waukon Jct. to Waukon branch. A photograph in on page 110 of the book "Railroad Postcards in the Age of Steam." The postcard is entitled "Horse Shoe Curve, Iron Mine Route, Waukon, Iowa."
