It was probably nothing more than a substitute for the Amtrak Cab Car. Amtrak ' borrowed' A BNSF geep for switching the Coach Yard a week or two ago, while their own switcher was @ Interbay for its' FRA inspection. With all the recent weather woes across the country, Amtrak is even more stretched than usual for equipment.
