From what I understand, Eastside Freight Railroad threw in the towel as of last week. Understand the switcher and caboose were interchanged to BNSF yesterday and are probably headed for storage on the Meeker Southern.

Another gallant attempt at resurecting a Class I spinoff to become a shortline.

Imagine the crossing signal maintenance costs plus property taxes did them in. Sad loss!
