First off, which Fort Bragg? If you’re talking California the answer is no, the California Western Railroad hasn’t had any connection to the outside world since the FRA shut the Northwestern Pacific down in November 1998. The CWR mainline to Willits is severed by a collapsed tunnel and a bunch of condemned bridges and track. They are still running tourist trains and rail bike adventures on the extreme ends of their railroad. The NWP line to the rest of the world has been heavily damaged by fires and floods in the last 22 years and probably won’t see a train again, certainly not for a long, long time to come. If you’re talking North Carolina I have no idea.
