There are a couple really nice SP whistles in the Soundtraxx Tsunami 2, Steam 2, decoder.

CV 120 = 49 Southern Pacific Step Top 6-Chime (1)
CV 120 = 50 Southern Pacific Step Top 6-Chime (2)

There's also:

CV 120 = 51 Southern Pacific GS-4 No. 4449 Whistle, but IIRC this is not an SP whistle; rather, it is one of the non-SP whistles she's worn post restoration.

One more:

CV 120 = 52 SP GS-AC Classes A200 Air horn. You can set it up for an easy toggle between the whistle and the horn, or give them separate buttons.
