UP studied both hump yards at West Colton and Roseville earlier this year, because Vice President Bena ordered his people to. They were originally going to go with Roseville until they discovered they couldn't do it so they set their sights on West Colton. Even though someone high up said that this will happen or someone would be fired, they discovered that they couldn't close West Colton either. So, in the end, they were so determined to close ANY 1 hump, so they chose the North Platte East Hump instead. But, word on the street is that closing things isn't over with yet.
