That's not Alliance. That is the City of Cleveland which has one of the WORST Amtrak stations. That dump of an Amshack is a FAR CRY from the Cleveland Union Station "Tower City", which Amtrak left in the mid seventies for that joke of a dirty bus stop...

BTW, It doesn't even offer daylight stops.
