An old newsletter online for the Pacific Northwest Chapter NRHS (National Railway Historical Society) has info on restoration of PTRC 36 (Portland Terminal Railroad 36, an ALCO S-2).

Can the locomotive find a permanent home at ORHC someday?

I found photos of it at the Oregon Elec Ry Museum, Brooks, OR. [www.rrpicturearchives.net]
But the S-2 is not listed in the collection. Is the diesel going to remain in Brooks?
