CORP activity, including Siskiyou

I was on the road to Medford today, and staying the night. Ran into a very very long CORP powered southbound coming through Oakland and into Roseburg around noon. I would estimate about 80 cars, with 2 ex-CSX SD70m's bracing a G&W colored SD70e. Did UP in fact stop run-through power on the Eugene-Roseburg train? I had only ever seen G&W power on the locals and the Roseburg-Medford hauler.

Also tonight in my hotel just now I heard something take off south toward Siskiyou summit. I don't think there is any on-line traffic left in Ashland so was this the Hilt turn? I thought it had been running during the day.
