What's with Trains and Model Railroader this month?

Trains and MR used to come within one to three days of the beginning of the month, reliably. Nowadays, one month Trains by mail is off by nearly ten days, the next month it arrives a day early. This month it has still not arrived yet at all? WTF? Is this our "new" Post Office, or is it Kalmbach?
