Go easy on Pdx,Pdx.

Though it is true that he doesn't know much about Belen, or anything else for that matter, the use of fuel trucks there doesn't mean the fuel pad is out of service. Fuel trucks are often used to fuel one end or the other of the many trains that are too long for the fuel pad, if they don't want to do multiple spotting of a train. Pulling a westbound forward to clear the east end before gassing the lead sometimes happens.
