At this point having reacquired the 803 it will not be scrapped but parted out to possibly become a slug to mate with SW1200RS 1202.

Current thought is for the prime mover which was rebuilt several years ago to be reinstalled in ex-EsPee dynamic brake equipped SW-8 1127 which is currently back-burnered at the Shops awaiting time and resources to get it finished. Transplanting the prime mover would save a lot of time and cost as it is a fairly straight-forward process.
