Digital is not the end game it reports to be when the power is out.

I can look at a physical file format (neg-print-slide) with nothing more than sunlight.

In 1000 years they will laugh at this period of blackout over the last twenty years of "digital media" and very few will be able to see the obsolete 01 media let alone even care about!

My physical media could still be around considering how much 50-100 year old media I have collected thus far!

Sure I shoot digital and the stuff I want to last gets printed so that is iron back-up behind publishing.

I think on a wider scale than the throwawaynomics of the grand digital era I get to live in.
