My BS detector went off. Sounds like people spouting meaningless buzz words and undefined "feeling" words. The agency is burning a heck of a lot of fossil fuels just to build the thing, manufacture the steel, produce the concrete, etc. I am sure BOB2 has some rough numbers on that stuff. And what about the unsustainable costs?
