The FBI may well have been on seen, given previous "events" in that area. And, the FBI would have jurisdiction, if it is determined to be a criminal act. However, the actual "knowledge" level behind this reporting was so bad, that I couldn't put much credence in this "human interest" piece. And, the NTSB will probably be involved, and/or lead in any investigation, not the choo-choo company, if there is anything strange about this...

I do however notice, that there are already seemingly "dozens" of "internet" "theories" ranging the gamut from Chinese invaders... to the more mundane things, like a weather related derailment... Of course, maybe the Chinese invaders could be in cahoots with the space aliens, too....? We shall just have to wait and see when they are done picking up the pieces, and figure out what happened.....
