Let's say, for example, that the "one area" they're all going to meet in is somewhere on the West Coast. That would mean that the "poor" who live in the Washington DC area would have to "march" all the way across country to the meeting place, and then turn around and "march" back to Washington. That sounds like a lot of "marching" to me. Besides, getting the "poor" organized seems less likely to happen than getting a group of ducks to line up in a row. I don't see this "revolt" happening anytime soon.
